Customer Service Support

All our mobile devices come with a minimum of 1 year warranty.
For the effective management of all warranty issues, and providing technical support and repairs services, QT Electronics (Pty) Limited will is setting up local offices in major cities across Africa: Lagos, Accra, Johannesburg, Nairobi, etc.

These local offices would be equipped with well trained support engineers covering software and hardware issues. We have a policy of 3-5 working days turn around time for all repairs and maintenance, and we are fully committed to changing how customer service centre works across West Africa.
Our repair and maintenance policy is based on collect, repair and return.

Apart from the local technical and marketing support, the local offices will also handle all the logistics around the distribution of all the products and services within the territory. This covers the custom clearing, collection from ports and delivery at customers' warehouses within the territory.
